“All products are custom-built and non-returnable. No refund will be provided under any circumstances.”

1. No Return Policy

All products manufactured and supplied by SK Engineering Junagadh are fully customized industrial machines or components.

Because these products are designed and built as per specific customer requirements:

  • ❌ Returns are strictly not accepted
  • ❌ Once the order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or returned

2. No Refund Policy

  • ❌ No refunds will be issued under any condition
  • This includes:
    • Advance payments
    • Partial payments
    • Full payments

Since every product is custom-made and non-resellable, refunds are not possible.

3. Order Confirmation & Responsibility

Before placing an order, customers are strictly advised to:

  • Verify all specifications, dimensions, and technical requirements
  • Confirm machine capacity, power requirements, and usage
  • Review drawings, quotations, and final approvals carefully

👉 Once approved, the order will be considered final and binding

4. Modification & Cancellation Policy

  • ❌ Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started
  • Any requested changes after confirmation may:
    • Not be accepted, OR
    • Incur additional charges and time delays

5. Damage During Transit (If Applicable)

If transport is arranged by SK Engineering:

  • Any visible damage must be reported immediately at the time of delivery
  • Customer must:
    • Record a clear unboxing / delivery video
    • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery

👉 Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted

6. Warranty & Service Support

  • Machines may come with a limited service/warranty (if specified in quotation)
  • Warranty covers:
    • Manufacturing defects only

❌ Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Improper installation
  • Electrical issues or voltage fluctuation
  • Misuse or overloading
  • Wear & tear of consumable parts

👉 Service support will be provided as per agreed terms

7. Non-Eligible Cases

No replacement, return, or compensation will be provided for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Incorrect specifications approved by customer
  • Improper usage or installation
  • Lack of operator knowledge or training
  • Delays caused by external factors (transport, site readiness, etc.)

8. Customer Agreement

By placing an order with SK Engineering Junagadh, the customer:

  • Agrees to all terms mentioned above
  • Accepts that the product is custom-built and non-returnable
  • Acknowledges no refund policy
